Welcome! I'm Danielle, a mum to two young children and a CBT therapist in Warrington.
I offer a warm, therapeutic environment for cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), assisting children, young people and adults to flourish with compassion and skilled support.
CBT approaches used within sessions are informed by evidence-based practice. CBT is the first-line treatment for many mental health difficulties, according to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance for children, young people and adult's mental health.
I offer both face-to-face or online sessions - whatever suits you best. Find how to book sessions here:

How I Support
I provide a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you to explore the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. We explore possible unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, and look at ways we can challenge these.
Through our work together, you will develop a toolkit of practical coping strategies to manage life's ups and downs with newfound confidence. My goal is to empower people with the lasting skills needed to navigate challenges and thrive throughout life.
A Path to Growth for Everyone
I believe in the inherent potential of every person. Through evidence-based CBT techniques, I nurture resilience and guide individuals towards a brighter, more hopeful future.
