Hello! I’m Danielle, the therapist behind Guided Growth CBT. I am a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and former primary school teacher with 8 years of experience in NHS CAMHS. I now work part-time for a charity, providing CBT-informed support for adults.
Working privately allows me to focus deeply on individual relationships and provide thoughtful, compassionate support tailored to each individual or family.
I specialise in the emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents, using age-appropriate techniques based on NICE guidance, though also provide CBT for adults too,
